THE FARM AT SAN BENITO BRINGS THE FILIPINO BRAND OF WELLNESS TO NEW HEIGHTS THROUGH ITS LOCAL AND GLOBAL EXPANSION

“We are extremely proud of how The Farm has contributed to the Philippine tourism industry, local community and environmental sustainability. We’ve created transformative experiences for thousands of guests from around the world for more than two decades now,” said Rahul Chaudhary, Managing Director and CEO of CG Corp Global and CG Hospitality Holdings.

Located amidst the lush, serene landscapes of Lipa Batangas, Philippines, just a 90-minute drive from the Manila International Airport, The Farm at San Benito Farm has long been synonymous with holistic healing, offering guests an immersive experience of mindful living amidst the lush beauty of nature. It has been globally-recognized and to date has been bestowed with more than 100 awards by top hospitality, wellness, business and travel groups and associations locally and internationally.

“It is to this date, the only health resort in the country that offers comprehensive programs addressing and treating chronic illnesses and lifestyle diseases, naturally and holistically. The Farm offers medically-supervised health promotion, disease prevention, and immune support programs that are carefully planned and conducted by internationally trained integrative medical doctors and licensed health professions in addressing and treating chronic illnesses and lifestyle diseases,” added Chaudhary.

ENHANCEMENT OF EXISTING AMENITIES AND INTRODUCTION OF NEW PROJECTS – ISLA ROYALE VILLAS, THE UPPERDECK & LAPERAL MANSION SPA SERVICES

With its firm commitment to provide guests with a life-transformative sanctuary and programs, The Farm is set to amplify its impact by expanding its reach both within the Philippines and on the global stage. Locally, The Farm has just launched its Isla Royale Villas, catering to varied accommodation styles for its total of 5.5-bedrooms. These luxurious villas provide families with a relaxing bonding time and retreat amidst the natural beauty of The Farm, fostering connections and promoting holistic wellness and togetherness. The Isla Royale Villas at The Farm at San Benito not only boast cultural inspiration named after the Philippines’ major archipelagos – Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao but they also cater to events with a range of amenities with spacious event venues within its total of 2,126 sqm space.

In addition to our existing dining outlets, which offer a diverse range of vegan, vegetarian, and pescetarian farm-to-table fare, families can now indulge in a variety of culinary delights at The Upperdeck Restaurant while embracing wellness cuisine principles. Here, we proudly serve pasture-raised chicken and eggs, accompanied by whole foods and the freshest farm-to-table produce sourced directly from our local farm.

Additionally, The Farm at San Benito is honored to announce its prestigious collaboration with the historic Laperal Mansion of Malacanang, where it has been selected to provide its in-house spa services. It is the country’s Presidential Guest House with elegant state rooms that will welcome visiting foreign heads of state. This marks a significant milestone in furthering the Filipino brand of wellness, which celebrates the rich heritage of Filipino healing traditions and Filipino hospitality.

THE FARM WELLNESS RESIDENCES FOR HOLISTIC LIVING

The Farm is also the first to introduce the Wellness Lifestyle Real Estate concept in the country to offer a true immersive family wellness experience. As defined by the Global Wellness Institute- “Wellness lifestyle real estate is defined as homes that are proactively designed and built to support the holistic health of their residents.” The Farm is a place where people would like to stay longer more than the typical stay at a hotel. There are guests who have stayed at the Farm for many months, even over a year. People are slowly shifting to buying holiday homes away from the city and we see this as a great opportunity to offer wellness-focused residential communities and holistic health services to the residents of The Farm.

Residents will have access to personalized wellness programs, farm-fresh organic produce, and a supportive community dedicated to fostering growth and well-being. The Farm’s Wellness Residences provide the perfect setting for transformation and renewal.
There are currently two types of residences – The 4-bedroom Mahogany Luxury Residences and the 3-bedroom Acacia Luxury Residences.

ON THE GLOBAL FRONT, MOVING FORWARD

On the global front, The Farm has begun promoting the Filipino brand of wellness to the international audience. Through strategic partnerships and collaborations across the globe, The Farm aims to showcase the unique healing traditions and practices of the Philippines to health and wellness seekers around the world.
By offering immersive retreat experiences and promoting Filipino wellness products and therapies, The Farm at San Benito has positioned itself as a global leader in holistic wellness.

“With our steadfast commitment to promoting holistic wellness worldwide, we are poised to bring our ethos of mindful living to new horizons. We are thrilled to share this purposeful journey of expansion and growth. We are looking at expanding The Farm in Asia, Middle East and Europe. These are not just thoughts in our head. We’re already looking at concrete investment proposals in these locations,” said Chaudhary.

The Farm in the Philippines will be the flagship location that will be duplicated in different parts of the world. The treatments will be customized per the local culture and tradition.
