A: The Farm at San Benito is a five-star, eco-luxury holistic medical wellness resort located in Lipa, Batangas, a 90-minute drive south of Manila, Philippines. It rests on 48 hectares of lush green jungle, with a stunning view of the majestic mountains, pure and fresh air with clear and positive life-giving energy radiating around the property.
Q: How far is the resort from the airport?
A: The drive from any of the airport based in Manila to the resort takes approximately 90 minutes depending on the traffic.
Q: How to commute from Manila?
A: There are several bus lines that travels from Buendia along Taft Avenue going to Lipa City. We recommend either JAM Bus Line or DLTB Bus Line which can ferry you to Lipa City in approximately 2 hours depending on the traffic. Upon arrival at the Lipa City Bus Terminal, you may opt to take our air-conditioned Private Service (for a nominal fee, kindly call + 63 917 572 2222 for the day’s schedule) or take a tricycle going to the resort.
Q: Are there taxis in Lipa?
A: Taxis and ride sharing services like Grab or Uber are not available in Lipa City. We do, however, offer return transfers for guests.
Q: What is Detox?
A: By detox we mean the process of freeing our bodies of toxins accumulated due to unhealthy food, stress and the effects of the polluted environment to the body. When undergoing detox, we are naturally assisting the body to eliminate toxic burden, regain a state of health balance and strengthening the immune system in order to achieve an overall physical and mental well-being.
Q: What is Colon Hydrotherapy?
A: Medical history shows that colon irrigations and enemas are among the oldest healthcare practice to detoxify the liver and cleanse the rectal vault. These three treatments (Colema, Colonics and Angel of Water Colon Cleansing) vastly increases the activity and efficiency of protective enzyme systems in the liver and gut which bind toxins so they can be safely eliminated from the body with the use of warm sterile water under controlled pressure.

Q: Are any food & beverages allowed?
A: As we are trying to promote a healthy lifestyle and detoxifying the body from any impurities, we do not allow food to be brought inside the resort. Our restaurant, Alive!, serves award-winning nutrient-rich vegan meals that’ll satisfy the body’s hunger for vitamins and nutrients.
Q: Do you have fish, eggs and milk?
A: Being an all-vegan property, we don’t serve any dish with animal protein or by-products. A vegan diet includes all grains, beans, legumes, vegetables and fruits and the nearly infinite number of foods made by combining them such as salads to soups, to subway sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and even cakes, ice cream and so much more.
Q: Are kids allowed?
A: Yes, kids are welcome at The Farm. Parents are advised to keep a watchful eye on their kids and have them keep their voices to a minimum as to not bother other guests who are sensitive to noise.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes. However, we are very strict with regards to the rules and regulations concerning them. We allow one pet per room only. Should you be interested to know more, kindly contact us so we may send you our pet waiver for reference
Q: Is the Farm safe for pregnant women?
A: Yes, The Farm offers a variety of meals, treatments and massages that are suitable for pregnant women.
Q: Can we use a drone?
A: Most of our structures are open and our suites & villas have glass walls, so we usually do not allow drones in order to protect and secure the privacy of our guests. You can, however, secure a permission from management prior to your visit.
Q: Do you allow pre-nuptial shoots?
A: Yes, we do allow pre-nuptial shoots in select public areas and day use of rooms upon availability.
