Yoga

Yoga not only disciplines the body but unfolds the infinite potentials of the human mind and soul. Learn the foundations of yoga and ignite your path towards holistic wellness and healing. At The Farm at San Benito, you may incorporate various types of yoga such as Vinyasa, Vinyasa Krama, Classical Hatha, Gentle Flow, and Guided Meditation into your regular practice to help keep your mind, body, and spirit well-balanced.

Power walk

An energizing way to finish up your daily movement activities – join our walk guide on a 4.7KM to 6KM sunset power walk in and around The Farm and surrounding towns. Activity is weather permitting.

Tai Chi/Qigong

For beginner or already practicing Taichi/Qigong to deepen your practice, one on one private Taichi/Qigong sessions are available upon request.

Functional Fitness

More rigorous programs for body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity. It includes HIIT, circuit, and core trainings. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. Core training on the other hand includes components of balance & stability, abdominal and lower, and all the muscles of back work the trunk.

Kids Activities

Children will never get bored at The Farm with complimentary activities throughout their stay. They can choose one or participate in all from Mandala flower arrangement, fishing, fish feeding, jungle bush walk, coconut tree climbing, vegetable garden tour, palm origami, and cooking class. Children should be accompanied by parents or nannies. Baby sitters are available upon request (at extra charge), however a 24-hour notice is required. Activities are subject to change without prior notice and are weather permitting.

Golf

Fifteen minutes away from The Farm is a 27-hole championship golf course, for added leisure. Incurs additional charges.
