Inability to sleep well, lack of sleep, or any disturbance in sleep patterns can lead to irritability, headache, weight gain, or other medical problems. Sleep induction therapy involves a combination of techniques that include manipulation of blocked points on the body that help drift mind into a trance-like sleep. The session starts with tracing the causes and then coaching on how to deal with the sleep problem. This session aims to help reset the sleep-week cycle and normalize sleeping habits.
