The Farm at San Benito is Top Destination of Celebrities Post-Quarantine

After more than 100 days in quarantine and following strict protocols of staying at home, everyone is longing to get that much-awaited breather and reconnect to the outside world. The Farm at San Benito, an award-winning holistic medical wellness resort located in Lipa, Batangas was the go-to destination of celebrities when the Enhanced Community Quarantine was lifted in NCR. Just 90-min. drive away from Manila, The Farm boasts its private, vast breathing space and lush green environment – perfect and conducive to recharge and reset one’s body, mind, and soul.

More than immersing into a COVID-free safe haven, celebrities frequent this healing sanctuary for one primary reason: To take good care of themselves and boost their immunity through The Farm’s medically-supervised preventive health care services and immune support programs.

Ms. Universe 2018 Catriona Gray said in her caption on Instagram: “Had an amazing break at @thefarmatsanbenito🌿 Being around the lush greenery was soothing for my soul and the holistic healing treatments have left me feeling 😌. Can’t wait to be back! Oh and Theo loved it too!”

Celebrity couple Troy Montero and Aubrey Miles who are loyal guests of The Farm laid out reasons why they keep coming back to the property.

Troy wrote on his IG post: “We love how all guests entering The Farm at San Benito are required to take an FDA-approved Antibody Covid-19 Rapid Test. This is to ensure a safe and comfortable stay here.”

The Farm is among the few accredited by the private-sector-led initiative Project Ark to administer FDA and government-approved COVID-19 antibody rapid testing.

The couple also tried the Immune Support Program. They posted photos of their treatments including the Vitamin C IV drip session and Human Microbiome which are great ways to boost immunity especially during this time of the pandemic.

Good day. 2nd day of our IMMUNE SUPPORT PROGRAM. We had our VEGAN breakfast. Now taking the Vitamin C immune boosting IV drip. The doctor said many medical conditions are cause by Vitamin C deficiency due to lack of fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet. Through the intravenous route, Vitamin C will remain in the circulation for about 7-8 hours. This strengthens the immune system, provides a high level of antioxidants, helps in the production of collagen that stabilizes the connective tissues. Increases energy during stressful moments by assisting in the production of Adrenalin, and helps in the detoxification of the Liver. These are just some of the multiple roles of vitamin C in health and diseases. Stay safe everyone @thefarmatsanbenito #thefarm #thefarmsanbenito

She wrote in her caption: “My body + mind were craving for mother nature after 100 days of solo isolation in my condo 🌿 My villa comes with a pool filled with water coming from a natural spring! 🌴 Just untouched water found deep within the property of @thefarmatsanbenito… The dogs get to swim for the first time, I hear birds chirping everywhere, and huge 🐌 snails are taking their sweet time too.”

The megastar daughter also explored The Farm’s organic garden where she got her plant-based, organic and locally-produced ingredients she showcased in her cooking show shot at the wellness resort.
