The Farm at San Benito at the forefront of Family Wellness this Holy Week

The Farm at San Benito presents its a one-of-a-kind family wellness experience this Holy Week, and throughout the month of April to all guests who seek to indulge in reflection, renewal and togetherness. It has crafted the very first pilgrimage of its kind through thoughtfully curated meditation stations within its iconic sites, taking place in a multi-sensory experience that draws attention to its spiritual landmarks — said to be with a high-energy vortex in the property is the “300-year old Mango Tree” whose presence denotes a sense of reliance and growth, inviting us to consider the cycles of life; the “Lagoon” which allows to ponder our most intimate thoughts; the “Temple of 5 Elements” which inspires balance and creates a harmonious state through the integration of the five elements of the earth; and the “Labyrinth” that invites an inner pilgrimage by asking one to ride oneself of all distractions.

In addition to this are other worthwhile programs for families to enjoy a time of togetherness and enrich mind, body and spirit. Highlights include a Collage Art Therapy in partnership with professional artist and painter Toots Magsino. It is a space for expression and healing, through creativity.

Even The Farm’s Executive Chef Marie Pagcaliwagan is introducing young ones to the kitchen, holding an Easter Sunday Special Class “Design Your Own Easter Cookie” on April 20 and 27.

They can also go with their parents to take part in Vegetable Planting & Harvesting, Easter Arts & Crafts, Easter Movie Nights & Smores Nights, and many more fun sessions.

The Farm also offers Sound Healing, Family Yoga, Power Walk and Mandala Flower Meditations for adults.

Its Wellness and Integrative Medicine offers a limited-time special menu of treatments specifically curated for Mind, Body, Beauty & Skincare.

We also have specially curated healthy buffet meals prepared for families.

“Our family wellness events aim to celebrate the traditions of Holy Week as well as the spirit of togetherness,” said Mr. Preet Singh, General Manager of The Farm. “At The Farm, we are dedicated to designing places where community and wellness thrive hand in hand,” added Singh.
