Itinerary

Day 1 | Friday, July 4

  • 9:30 AM – Departure from Pura Yoga Studio, Greenbelt Makati
  • 11:30 AM – Arrival at The Farm at San Benito (Welcome drinks & schedule)
  • 12:15 PM – Opening Circle (Intentions, gifts & oracle cards)
  • 1:30 PM – Lunch
  • 2:15 PM – Check-in & settle in
  • 3:00 PM – Farm tour
  • 3:30 PM – The Art of Writing & Manifestation (Part 1) + Meditation & Breathwork
  • 5:00 PM – Grounding Walk + Sun Salutation & Sound Healing
  • 7:00 PM – Dinner

Rest & Recharge

Day 2 | Saturday, July 5

  • 7:00 AM – Traditional Hatha Yoga Practice
  • 8:15 AM – Breathwork & Ice Bath Therapy (Led by Mark)
  • 9:30 AM – Breakfast
  • 10:30 AM – Free time (Resort & Spa)
  • 1:00 PM – Lunch
  • 2:00 PM – The Art of Writing & Manifestation (Part 2)
  • 4:00 PM – Celebration of Cacao Ceremony, Ecstatic Dance & Sound Healing (Live music by Beacons of Light)
  • 7:30 PM – Dinner

Day 3 | Sunday, July 6

  • 7:00 AM – Traditional Hatha Yoga Practice
  • 8:30 AM – Breakfast
  • 12:00 PM – Mandala Creation & Closing Circle
  • 1:30 PM – Check-out
  • 2:00 PM – Departure to Pura Yoga, Greenbelt Makati
