Sleep is very important to one’s health. Inability to sleep well, lack of sleep, or any disturbance in sleep patterns can lead to irritability, headache, weight gain, or any other medical problems. Sleep induction therapy involves combination of techniques, that includes acupressure points, or manipulations on specific points on the head, neck, upper and lower extremities depending on one’s tolerability or sensitivity, that help drift the mind into a trance-like sleep. The session starts with tracing the causes and then coaching how to deal with the sleep problem. This session aims to help reset the sleep-wake cycle and normalize sleeping habits.
