Masa Harina is a dried and powdered corn meal used for tortillas, tamales and other Latin American dishes that require a hearty, artisanal flavor. The blue masa harina used for this bread at The Farm is made from whole blue corn and has a sweet, intense flavor and a hearty, fine texture. It is readily available at wholefood stores. Luckily, its texture and taste go well with this Mexican-style chili.
