Position Title:Cashier
Department:Front Office
Job Summary:
Responsible for the fast, accurate and efficient processing of guest/customer’s bill including the smooth cash management in the Front Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Records purchases/charges on the Guest Folio through the hotel software system
  • Accepts payments from guests and prepares official receipts for the payment received.
  • Completes check and bankcard transactions according to established procedure.
  • Prepares and submits Daily Sales and Collection Report of the Front Office including Boutique transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business related course
  • At least 1-2 years experience in cash management in the hotel industry
  • Experience in night auditing is preferred

Job Summary:Responsible in creating an outstanding first impression of the resort by providing the client with comprehensive description of amenities and accurate overview of the resorts various activities, detox programs, etc. that will help the client in making the right choice and fit their requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Description: Business Development Manager
Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing
Job Summary: Responsible in providing support to the Director of Sales and Marketing in overseeing the sales operations while generating and implementing strategies to level up the revenue opportunities of the resort.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing in support of sales operations and work closely with reservations / front office departments as well as resort operations to maximize revenues
  • Responsible for identifying, developing, nurturing and growing new source of business
  • Attends major sales / PR related functions and active involvement in industry associations or professional organizations
  • Maintains all sales systems, such as sales records and reports, traces of history andpotentials, logs of groups not previously accommodated and mailing lists
  • Ensures the prompt and systematic servicing of all business accounts (i.e. project management and related admin such as contracting, booking, communicating with concerned departments, and following up with the client for feedback and future bookings)
  • Assists the DOSM in the development and implementation of marketing activities and sales campaigns as needed
  • Understands the company’s business targets and delivery of the revenue targets.

Job Summary:
Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverage service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Embrace The Farm’s ALIVE! Cuisine, Organic and Raw concept.
  • Review, refine and upgrade the service standards to ensure that the service meets the company’s standard and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Conducts training and provides coaching to staff.
  • Performance reviews of Restaurant Team.
  • Review and refine the current organizational chart to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervises the day to day operation of the Restaurant to maximize profitability.
  • Reviews and monitors, expenditures to ensure that they conform to budget limitations.
  • Leads all financial areas including sales growth, inventory, cost management, and profit growth.
  • Works with all the Department Heads and The Farm personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.
  • Responds to customer feedback, taking appropriate action to solve the challenge.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Have a good working knowledge of all equipment and efficiently takes care of preventative maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the Plantation & Landscaping Department to ensure that we are utilizing the freshest and most readily available produce from our plantation.
  • Work closely with the Chef and Kitchen Team to utilize the freshest produce from our own gardens & plantation.
  • Monitor Food Cost with Chef.

Description: Executive Housekeeper
Job Summary: Responsible for the general administration and overall operation of the Housekeeping Department and supervision of the housekeeping staff, promoting a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Checks and reviews workloads of housekeeping staff ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Inspects all resort’s guests’ rooms including functions rooms, public areas and spa daily to ensure the cleanliness meets the resorts’ standards.
  • Conducts regular staff briefing highlighting the following: occupancy forecast, VIP / Group arrivals, staffing, complaints, staff productivity, public area condition, etc.
  • Monitors appliances, furniture, room supplies and general appearance of rooms to ensure all is up to resort’s standards.
  • Monitors inventory of all housekeeping supplies and orders the same to ensures that staff has the necessary supplies available to perform their assignments.
  • Receives and confirms deliveries of supplies and services
  • Handles and addresses guests’ complaints about service or equipment.
  • Inspects building to identify repair or replacement needs and recommend improvements to ensure more efficient operation.
  • Screens applicants and recommends employees for promotions or discharges.
  • Handles orientation to newly hired employees and conducts orientation training to explain work procedures and policies in addition to showing them how to use and
    care for equipment.
  • Initiates training and development for all housekeeping staff.
  • Plans and schedules the laundry of all types of linen to ensure their availability for guests use.
  • Initiates weekly and monthly linen inventory and ensure its proper stocking.
  • Regularly attends management and finance meetings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HRM or accredited course in Administrative Housekeeping
  • At least 3 yrs. working experience in Housekeeping of a 5 star property
  • Experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates and clientele both inside and outside of the organization
  • Working knowledge of rooms management systems
  • Good judgment and decision making skills
