You will find some of your favorite dishes on our menu, from pates and crackers to succulent main dishes; from freshly-made ice cream to cookies and cakes. Preparing our foods by soaking, blending, dehydration, culturing and the culinary creativity and talent of our chefs, we transform vegetables, nuts, seeds and fruits into absolutely delectable culinary delicacies. All our foods are produced daily on our premises: from breakfast granola, butters, and jams, dairy-free milk to chutneys, salad dressings, freshly-baked breads, pizza crusts, “hamburger”/veggie burgers and raw-chocolate dessert treats.
We use specially designed dehydrators instead of cooking to give raw foods a variety of textures resembling cooked foods, without destroying the nutritional properties and enzymes of the foods. We serve warm soups rather than cooked hot soups in order to preserve the valuable nutritional building blocks the body needs to continuously rebuild and renew itself thus slowing the aging process and giving you energy and vitality.
Our vegan restaurant Alive!, one of the first in Asia, will provide you with a surprising twist on your concept of healthy eating when you discover our “living” cuisine. To enhance the culinary experience, the rich tropical-wooded Alive! restaurant offers cool, screened indoor seating and ample outdoor deck tables shaded by majestic trees.
Adjacent to Alive! is our extensive Organic Garden, which provides the majority of our fresh produce, harvested daily. Our Garden is complemented by an extensive Kitchen Garden which produces a wide variety of sprouts used extensively in our menu preparations. Our dedicated Wheat Grass Bungalow has a systematic production of wheat grass for our fresh juices and therapies.
